It seems it gets its name due to a major tenant residing in the street. In this case

Since around 2015 there is accessibility to Phatthayasaisong 10 Alley via the Honey Massage Carpark.

A few located around the middle of the Soi WHIBT recommends using Holiday’s Laundry. Used this place many times without issue never had clothes go missing. Or have other people’s clothes given to me. Of course being Thailand the shop has no sign outside displaying its name.(opposite Intown Holiday Hotel)
