Punyapha Place Hotel Review Pattaya

Hotel Summary:

Hard to find blink and you will miss it. Punyapha is located without any real street frontage. All you have is two relatively small signs and it is located at the top of a staircase.
The hotel will take a photocopy of passport and require a ฿1000 swipe card deposit

The receptionist had almost no English skills but this is a great location and after check in you really do not need to talk to reception. All the staff were all super friendly, not a single problem was had with anyone here.

Breakfast was delivered by providing a voucher for the downstairs restaurant. The meal was made and breakfast was prepared in the restaurant next door/floor below. Breakfast was just provided and the only option given was tea or coffee everything else was just assumed. Luckily it turned out to be a great breakfast with too much food.

Punyapha has a super confusing structure reception is on level 2! Level 1 and ground lead you int the back of kitchens. Just remember Level 2 is Reception and the front stairs to come in and out of. Remember level 2 is your way in and out level, never go below level 2 and you will be fine. Of course there is no signage to reflect this.

The internet access  was super simple and reliable a simple and easy to remember password  was provided and you are online. No need to mess around with a complicated captive portal or re login every time you return to the hotel. Just login once and forget the way hotels internet should be!

Again the staff here were super friendly and for no reason the receptionist offered a 13:00 checkout just for saying hello.

Room Summary

Small but sweet. The room was clean and pleasant smelling. Was able to move the only chair across the room and set up a laptop work area. A single power outlet in between two beds was convenient for charging the phone overnight.

Nice and simple internet authentication system just enter in the WPA key and that is it you are online. No need to enter in another password or re authenticate again for the rest of your stay here.

As expected water replenished floor cleaned daily etc
