According to the staff there is no difference. After staying in each building I agree. The Gym and spa are located in the Western building.
Also being further down the street it may be a little bit quieter too.

Internet Summary:
Poor the internet signal was weak. I have stayed at both the West and the East building and it is about the same. The routers look fairly newish but yeah two different rooms in two separate buildings, they really need to get this sorted out. If internet access isn’t a big issue for you everything else is excellent here.
House Keeping:
As you would expect the room was cleaned daily, drinking water replenished, sheets changed, bins emptied, floors mopped, towels changed etc.
