Corner of Nimmana Haeminda Rd Lane 11 and Siri Mangkalajarn Roads
This corner host three Thai style restaurants. They all seem to open at around lunch time daily. The food available in comparable in each restaurant however the shop along Soy 11 is the pricier one out of the three. Here you can effortlessly find a delicious Thai dish for around ฿30 Bhat.
In the late afternoon it is also common for a couple of street food vendors to tag along. Today there was a coffee vendor, a sushi vendor and an ice scream vendor.

Here you also have a few Thai, Burmeese and Korean style shops to choose from. All are inexpensive ฿20-฿70 Bhat range.
Street Vendors On Nimmanahaeminda
Walking around trying to find a decent place to eat? Why not pick up a cheap meat skewer or sausage from a Thai street vendor. It will keep you going until you find that perfect restaurant you are in search of.
Ground Floor Food Court Kadsuankaew Mall
Now this place opens up fairy late around 11am. Here you will find Thai priced meals ฿20-฿70 Bhat. Most of the food is already made in batches so it is not good if you want something unique or event just without sugar.
An example meal would be a Thai rice and meat dish ฿30 Bhat and a Hot Thai tea ฿10 Bhat.
Highly recommended place to eat if you are on a budget, there is a large selection and you will be sure to find something you like.
Boonruangrit Soi 2 (Street besides Chiang Mai Ram Hospital)
This is where all the nurses come to grab a bit to eat. It is right next to the Hospital and the surrounding streets are filled with inexpensive Thai style restaurants and street vendors.
Outside of Kadsuankaew Mall (Thursday Night)
You will never be short on choice for inexpensive and delicious street food when staying in the Nimmanahaemin area in Chiang Mai Thailand.
