Room and Hotel Summary:

First impressions were good. Was expecting something much worse as the price was a couple hundred baht less then equivalent hotels in the immediate area.

There was an in room safe located in the cupboard. The room seemed super clean and well maintained. Also noticed plastic peel still on the sliding door. This place is either new or has just been refurbished.

Great location right in the middle of Soi Bukaow, so street food is very easy to obtain. Considering it is right in the middle of the nightlife the room was very quiet.

It is located opposite the hospital just head down the street and it is a yellow building on your left.

Immaculate polished tile floors. It looks very good but be careful after having a shower it gets very slippery.

Only a quick 5 minute walk to the beach, the location is central to everything. Yet in a quiet pocket to you can sleep peacefully.
